Extraction and risk

The loop is extract-to-keep: you take what you want out of a run, and failing the run can cost the unextracted loot. Practical rules: extract before risking a harder floor, and don't carry your whole inventory into an experimental run.

Keep / Reroll rules

  • Keep: pieces that improve your weakest stat or reinforce your goal (damage vs survivability).
  • Reroll: pieces that roll against your chosen priority.
  • Upgrade: your weakest slot first — the biggest overall gain.
